The Cabinet of Curiosities by Stefan Bachmann, Katherine Catmull, Claire Legrand, Emma Trevayne
What type of book is this? Fantasy Review by: Danny, Age 10 Introduce the story and main character: Four "Curators" Stefan Bachman, Claire Legrand, Katherine Catmull, and Emma Trevayne invite you into the book. They want to share all their stories with you and have you read the whole thing. They hope to have you like the book very much. All the stories are very fictional with many weird twists and turns. Many characters have to go through sad and scary moments in order for the story to be a story. Dun, Dun, Dun! What was your favorite part of the story or main character? My favorite part of the story is in one of the stories (Sandman Cometh) was when a 13 year old boy Harvey has to go on six quests to save his family who were stolen by The Sandman. Some of the quests might take a few risks and painful moments and Harvey attempts to go through all of them to save his family. How many stars would you give this book? (1-5) 4 This is a very good book. Is there anything else you would like to share about this book that would help your peers decide if they might want to read it? If you are deciding if you want to read this book, then you should. If you like fantasy adventures with weird twists and turns then you would love this book. However, I only rated this book a four because the stories are about, maybe 10 pages long. As soon as you get attached to one story, it ends. But, this still is a great book and many exciting stories to read. It is about 500 pages so if you like long books, fantasy adventures, and short stories, you might want to consider reading this book! |
